Reimbursement Requests
ZIS PTA reimburses approved expenses for PTA operations when accompanied by adequate documentation of the expense. Completed Reimbursement Form should be submitted to Treasurer@ZarrowPTA.org or turned in via the PTA mail box or folder in the workroom at ZIS.
SPECIAL DISTANCE LEARNING INSTRUCTIONS
Normally, there is a folder in the workroom at the school for you to turn in your reimbursements. Since most parents will not be going into the school, you can fill out the form and email it (with a picture of your receipt) to treasurer@zarrowpta.org and the treasure will mail you your reimbursement. PLEASE include your address when you submit! Teachers and staff- the treasurer will bring the reimbursement folder to the school on Thursday to leave in its normal spot if you would rather turn your reimbursements in this way but will not be checking as often as normal. Please email the treasurer if you have left something for her.
